Return and Refund Policy:

Handicraft Shop is committed to provide you quality handicrafts, but in case if you not receive product in good condition, damaged or defective, please contact us with genuine reason by call or email within 24 hrs of order received, otherwise you will not suitable for refund. We will consider any manufacturing defect or damage and then make sure for replace the product(s).
Once your order is placed, it is treated as unchangeable.
Our Policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange. Please notify us, we might request you to share the picture of the items at Yueselhandicraft@gmail.com
All refunds/returns/exchanges for artwork, jewelry, handmade goods are decided on a case by case basis. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and will do what we can to help you be happy. . A damaged item will not be eligible for any return or exchange or refund. . Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation in many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but will do our best to resolve the situation. .
